Partners Program

To create a strong and prosperous community, the Chamber works with local Government, Education, and business partners. The attributes of a successful and “livable” City are a strong economy with growing economic activity, capital contributions, and a growing job base. A well educated workforce is important to support local business, support job growth, and attract new businesses into the community. A favorable business climate and public policy, infrastructure, capital investments, and job growth are all part of the equation for a strong and prosperous community.

The Chamber works hard towards this goal and to be the most successful, we need the support and participation from our members, our business partners. Partners provide an annual sponsorship of $750 in addition to the membership dues. Partners designate which community priority they wish to support through the program. Benefits include:

• Education Partner: Identification and listing as a Bronze sponsor for the State of Education program including two tickets to the event. A special reception event with the VUSD Superintendent, a $200 tax deductible donation to the Chamber’s Commerce and Education Foundation, identification as an Education Partner on the Chamber website and in the Poinsettia Awards program, and two tickets to the Poinsettia Awards.

• Commerce Partner: Identification and listing as a Bronze sponsor for the Economic Outlook Breakfast including two tickets to the event. A $250 designated sponsorship for an Economic Study and Impact plan to support the work plan and public policy in the City’s Economic Development Study, a special presentation and copy of an economic strategy/impact White Paper, identification as a Commerce Partner on the Chamber website and in the Poinsettia Awards, and two tickets to the Poinsettia Awards.

• Community Partner: Identification and listing as a Bronze sponsor for the State of the City event including two tickets to the event. A $250 sponsorship for a new summer “Chamber Company Picnic” designed a s a family/community fun day, identification as a Community Partner on the Chamber website and in the Poinsettia Awards program, and two tickets to the Poinsettia Awards

• Green Partner: Identification and listing as a sponsor for the Water Conservation Summit, a sponsorship for a Sustainable Business Certification workshop and listing as a Green Partner on the Chamber website and in the Poinsettia Awards program, and two tickets to the Poinsettia Awards.

• Leadership Partner: Sponsorship of a Young Professionals event and workshop. Identification as a Leadership Partner on the Chamber website and in the Poinsettia Awards program, and two tickets to the Poinsettia Awards.
